Question 1

How do I book?

Accepted Answer

Purchase a class package, then reserve your preferred session through our online booking page. Each group class uses one class credit. If you're booking a private session or need assistance getting started, simply reach out to our team, we'll be happy to help you find the best option for your schedule.

Question 2

When should I arrive?

Accepted Answer

We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your class to settle into the studio and prepare for your session. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, late arrivals beyond 15 minutes after the scheduled class time may not be admitted. Late arrivals are not eligible for a refund or class credit.

Question 3

What's your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We understand that plans can change. If you cancel 12 hours or more before your scheduled class, your class credit will be returned to your account. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled class are considered late cancellations and will result in the loss of one class credit. If you do not attend your booked class without cancelling, it will be treated as a no-show, and the class credit will be forfeited.

Question 4

Can I pause my package?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We understand that schedules and priorities can change. You may pause your package for up to one month. When you're ready to return, your remaining classes and package validity will resume from where they left off.

Question 5

How do packages work?

Accepted Answer

All packages must be activated within 30 days from the date of purchase and are not transferable. Once activated, each pack follows its listed validity. Class Bundles (private solo + group classes) work the same way. Message us at 09560766218 to activate or schedule.
